The Nautical Flea Market does not have any special hotel rates for this event. However, you can find a listing of hotels in the area here
Vendors must sell marine related items. The cities reserve the right to reject those vendors that do not meet these conditions. Fire arms, stun guns & weapons of any type are prohibited. Only City approved food vendors may sell any type of food or drink. Vendors are responsible for their own booth preparations, i.e.: tents, tables, chairs, etc. No water or electric service is available. Due to fire regulations generators are NOT permitted (inverters are ok). Police security will be on site for the duration of the event.
Vehicles, including trailers, must be contained within your allotted space and may not be moved until Sunday, January 20th after 3 pm. If for any reason your goods do not fit into your space, you may be required to purchase additional space. Since the event is located in a park the spaces are often not "square" or may be adjacent to another vendor. We must know your special needs in advance so that we can put you in a space that will accommodate both you and the event.
Applicants will be notified via emailwith your space assignment and load-in time. you can view the layout and space numbers by viewing the event map here.
Load-in will be on the Friday before the event. You will be assigned either the AM move-in (7:30 am - 12 pm Noon) or the PM move-in (12 pm Noon - 4 pm).

The Cities of Pompano Beach and Lighthouse Point reserve the right to restrict the type and number of vendors and to select vendors who best meet the needs of the event. Vendor placement is at the event staff's discretion. The event is held rain or shine; no refunds will be given.
